‘Christians are not MAD at Gays for wanting marriage licenses in the United States, the issue is that of semantics, they can have the licenses if its called by another name, a name that lifts the joy of unionship between two same sexes. i hope this helps Devin Robinson to understand the issue.’

On the issue of Gays and Marriage…Marriage as we know it in the United States was established on Christian, Catholic, and Protestant principles. The U.S was started by Revolutionaries from Europe who fled, and /or were sent to America. The King James version of the bible established marriage as the Union between a man and a woman. That same bible, states within the verses that, homesexuality is an Abomination to God. So, the irony is; why someone who considers himself, or herself as being Gay…would want to undergo a “Marriage”.?I agree with Dr. Steve Thomas from March 26, 2013 on the term “Marriage” being used for the (Union of Homesexuals)…why don’t they call it that?…Are they too ashamed to call it what it is?? They could call it a” Legal Union Ceremony”.. but; according to the most original definition of Marriage..homosexuals would not qualify for Marriage as it was originally defined in the United States. Thanks for Listening, Janice
